Job summary

Zenity, the leader in AI Agent Security, is hiring a Strategic Technical Support professional to partner with enterprise customers on complex security challenges. This remote US role requires CST or PST alignment and focuses on trust-building, proactive problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll own critical investigations, drive improvements in support processes, and contribute to Zenity’s reputation as a category leader in AI security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support with technical account management responsibilities.
• Deep understanding of application security and secure development lifecycles.
• Experience with observability tooling such as Coralogix.
• Executive-level communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, growth SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical partner for strategic enterprise customers, mastering their architecture and security posture.
• Lead end-to-end investigations across integrations, data pipelines, detection systems, and observability tooling.
• Provide executive-ready communication during high-visibility situations with SLA adherence.
• Build long-term relationships with security and engineering stakeholders, positioning Zenity as a trusted partner.
• Identify patterns and risks to drive proactive value and scale the Strategic Support function.
