FullStack is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver value quickly in production. You will blend consulting, engineering, and operational skills to scope real AI needs, design robust architectures, and ship production-grade systems.
You will work across regulated environments with Fortune 500 clients, owning end‑to‑end implementations, and ensuring trustworthy data, retrieval, and model behavior while maintaining strong
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
- Experience building production AI systems.
- Ability to defend decisions with CTOs and VPs.
Responsibilities
- Discover and map business processes for automation.
- Structure process specs with data inputs and exceptions.
- Architect end-to-end agentic systems with context and retrieval architecture.
- Build agents and retrieval services, evaluating value in weeks.
- Own CI/CD for AI/ML deployments and governance.
- Operate Day 2: observability, cost management, and retraining.
- Consult with CTOs, VPs of Eng, and business leadership; assist pre‑sales.
