Job summary

FullStack is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer specialized in AI/ML architecture to embed with client teams and deliver production-grade AI solutions. You will identify high-impact AI problems, architect end-to-end systems, and drive delivery from discovery through production with a focus on data, retrieval, and model behavior.

You will partner with Fortune 500 and startup clients, shaping engagements, owning CI/CD for AI, and ensuring trustworthy deployments in dynamic

Qualifications

8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
Python-first, production-grade with strong API/service delivery.
Experience deploying AI systems with end-to-end ownership and governance.
Proven ability to design and own CI/CD for AI/ML systems (LLMOps/MLOps).

Responsibilities

Discover and workshop with stakeholders to identify AI problems worth solving.
Structure processes and turn them into actionable specifications for AI systems.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic solutions emphasizing context and retrieval architecture.
Build production-grade agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
Own CI/CD and lifecycle manageability including versioning, testing, and monitoring.
Operate post-launch evaluation and optimization to ensure reliable performance.
Consult with CTOs and leaders, shaping proposals and scoping deals.
