FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner delivering production-grade AI systems for Fortune 500s and startups. You will join Forward Deployed Engineering teams embedded with enterprise clients, shaping AI strategy, architecture, and execution.

You will own end-to-end delivery—from discovery and architecture to deployment and Day 2 operations—ensuring durability, safety, and measurable value in client environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Python-first, production-grade development.
• Experience designing and owning CI/CD for AI/ML systems.
• Experience with retrieval, embeddings, and model behavior.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders to identify AI problems.
• Structure process and specifications for automation across systems.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture and orchestration.
• Build working agents, retrieval services, and eval tooling for value proof.
• Operate Day 2: observability, cost and latency management, and governance.
