Job summary

FullStack is an AI-native engineering partner helping clients deploy AI at scale and measure value. Forward Deployed Engineers sit inside client teams, owning discovery, architecture, and delivery of AI systems that run in production.

You will work across consulting, operations, and engineering roles, shaping end-to-end AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries, with a strong emphasis on data, retrieval, and model behavior.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
• Production-grade Python and TypeScript/Node experience.
• Experience designing CI/CD for AI/ML systems.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Discover and run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems with retrieval architecture.
• Build working AI systems and data flows.
• Operate Day 2: evaluation, observability, and cost.
• Consult with CTOs and VP-level stakeholders.
