Skullcandy, Inc. is seeking a Retention Marketing Specialist to own email and SMS channel execution, driving repeat purchases and stronger customer relationships.

You will partner with Analytics, Loyalty, and Ecommerce teams to optimize campaigns, surface customer insights, and support loyalty program development.

The role requires a data‑driven, highly organized marketer who can coordinate across creative and growth teams while exploring AI-driven CRM enhancements to boost retention.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM-related roles.
• Hands-on experience executing email and/or SMS campaigns.
• Basic understanding of ecommerce and retention KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working in performance dashboards and reports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with email and SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or similar).
• Exposure to loyalty programs or customer insights work.
• Experience in DTC or ecommerce environments.
• Interest in customer behavior, lifecycle marketing, and long-term brand building.

Responsabilités

• Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns across promotional, lifecycle, and triggered messaging.
• Set up, QA, schedule, and deploy campaign flows with timeliness.
• Support audience segmentation and targeting to improve relevance.
• Maintain campaign calendars aligned with ecommerce priorities.
• Monitor open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue contribution.
• Analyze results to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Support A/B testing of subject lines, messaging, timing, and offers.
• Assist loyalty program development and campaign execution.
• Build reports and dashboards tracking retention health and cohorts.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative, and Growth teams; stay ahead of trends including AI.
