• 2–3 years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM-related roles.
• Hands-on experience executing email and/or SMS campaigns.
• Experience with email and SMS platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or similar).
• Exposure to loyalty programs or customer insights work.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns across promotional, lifecycle, and triggered messaging.
• Manage campaign setup, QA, scheduling, and deployment for accuracy.
• Analyze results and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Retention teams to surface customer insights.
