Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) is hiring a Manager of Email and SMS Operations to steer the strategy and execution of email campaigns. You will lead the Email Development Team, configure Bloomreach, and ensure code quality and compliance across platforms.

The role emphasizes managing a team, setting technical direction, and applying best practices in email design and tools. Strong HTML/CSS/SQL skills and 3+ years of leadership are required, with a healthful benefits package and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or IT or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years' experience in email/SMS marketing leadership.
• Experience with Bloomreach (Campaign).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Email Development Team responsible for configuring and sending emails and SMS.
• Set technical direction for emails and SMS and best practices.
• Mentor Email Developers and Email Coordinators.
• Oversee maintenance and updates of email programs and tools.
• Ensure clean, efficient, standards-compliant code across platforms.
• Disseminate best practices and keep the team informed.
