Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) is hiring a Manager of Email and SMS Operations to steer the strategy and execution of email campaigns. You will lead the Email Development Team, configure Bloomreach, and ensure code quality and compliance across platforms.

The role emphasizes managing a team, setting technical direction, and applying best practices in email design and tools. Strong HTML/CSS/SQL skills and 3+ years of leadership are required, with a healthful benefits package and growth

• 3+ years' experience in email/SMS marketing leadership.
• Experience with Bloomreach (Campaign).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Job Description

Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS) offers a range of alternative media management and consulting solutions. We are hiring a Manager of Email and SMS Operations to strategically lead the direction and execution of email campaigns for IMS.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll manage and lead the Email Development Team responsible for configuring and working in Bloomreach, and coding and sending emails and SMS. In addition, you’ll also be responsible for:

• Establishing technical direction for our emails and SMS.
• Serving as an expert in tools used to manage and send emails and SMS.
• Managing the work being done by Email Developers and Email Coordinators.
• Guiding the team doing regular maintenance and updates to the different email programs and tools.
• Ensuring the email team produces and maintains clean, efficient and standards-compliant code for existing and new platforms.
• Researching best practices for email design and tools and actively distributing that information to team members as needed.

Qualifications

What It Takes: We need a motivated professional with email and SMS marketing experience. Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in a Business or IT field and 3+ years' of related experience. In addition, we are looking for:

• Experience with leading a team
• Experience in Bloomreach (Campaign)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• The ability to prioritize and work in a fast- paced environment
• The willingness and ability to respond to changing circumstances and expectations readily
