Qualifications

• Strong copywriting and subject line optimization.

• Ability to hit weekly deadlines and manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Draft, build, and schedule weekly promotional email and SMS campaigns.
• Write subject lines and body copy for drops, sales, and product news.
• Build and maintain automated flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase.
• Segment and re-engage past customers and dormant subscribers.
• Update homepage banners and landing pages to match live promotions.
• Maintain the promotional calendar so the team knows what's shipping and when.
• Check every link, discount code, and preview text before send — zero-error standard.
• Report weekly on open rate, click rate, and revenue by campaign.
