Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC in the United States is seeking a Lifecycle & Email Marketing Manager who can own campaign email and lifecycle content across email and SMS. You will turn technical setups into engaging messaging and write for a college-age audience with a distinct voice.

Collaborate with brand and creative teams, build a calendar, run A/B tests, and optimize deliverability and performance while translating data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with ESP/marketing automation platforms (Iterable/Klaviyo/HubSpot/Braze).
• Understanding of lifecycle programs: welcome series, post-purchase flows, and segmentation.
• Comfort with email/SMS metrics and deriving insights.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email templates.
• Strong written communication with a personable tone.
• B2C or DTC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS campaign content, including subject lines, previews, headers, bodies, and CTAs.
• Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure on-brand messaging.
• Develop a lifecycle content calendar aligned with the marketing plan.
• Lead A/B testing and apply learnings to improve results.
• Write for a college-age audience with a voice that resonates.
• Monitor deliverability, engagement metrics, and maintain sender reputation.
