Job summary

The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) seeks a Manager, Iterable to drive our email channel strategy on the Digital Marketing Operations team. You will lead a production-oriented team while shaping governance, automation programs, and cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, BI, and editors.

Based in Washington, D.C. or Chicago, you will own the email portfolio, optimize deliverability, and translate analytics into strategic improvements, ensuring scalable, high-quality email

Qualifications

• 5+ years in email marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in modernizing email programs.
• Experience managing production staff and scalable workflows.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, CAN-SPAM, and accessibility.
• Knowledge of platform integrations and marketing automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own email strategy end-to-end and optimize the portfolio.
• Set standards for content, structure, accessibility, and ad placement.
• Design and maintain automated marketing programs and journeys.
• Partner with BI to define KPIs and reporting.
• Lead a production team and ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot deliverability issues and coordinate with stakeholders.
