Job summary

UpGuard seeks a HubSpot Marketing Hub specialist to build and run the company's email channel inside Marketing Hub. Email is the primary specialization: modules and templates, audience selection, suppression, subscription types, and channel reporting.

This hands-on IC role will configure Marketing Hub, produce and QA emails, and own reusable lists, modules, and reporting. You will work with Design, Development, and Marketing Operations as a core contributor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and administering HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Specialisation in Marketing Hub emails, modules, templates, personalisation tokens, lists, and workflows.
• Experience implementing suppression, subscription types, and list governance in HubSpot.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, authentication, bounce and spam handling, and sender reputation.
• Ability to document audience logic and production steps for reuse.
• Strong written communication and collaboration with Design, Development, and Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities

• Audit and configure Marketing Hub: templates, modules, lists, workflows, suppression, and reporting.
• Build and maintain modular email library from HubSpot templates for reusable sends.
• Rebuild recurring emails as templates using the module library and QA with Design/Dev.
• Document usage of modules/templates so producers can DIY without a designer on every send.
• Develop audience segments and suppression rules; manage intake, scheduling, and QA workflows.
• Create channel performance reports by audience, campaign, and email type; monitor deliverability.
