Job summary

CreativeOne is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join the Strategic Marketing and Communications team. The role focuses on building, scheduling, and delivering email communications and social content for advisor-facing and corporate programs using platforms like HubSpot and GoHighLevel.

The ideal candidate will manage email campaigns end-to-end, from build to send, maintain audience segments, and assist with event-related sends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on email marketing or digital marketing experience.
• HTML/CSS knowledge as it applies to email templates and cross-client rendering.
• Experience with marketing automation workflows is a plus but not required and trainable.

Responsibilities

• Build and schedule email campaigns across advisor-facing and corporate programs.
• Assist in monthly advisor email cycle from setup to delivery.
• Build advisor email sequences and corporate emails; edit HTML emails.
• Coordinate compliance review and track status; apply edits as needed.
• Maintain contact lists and segments for advisor and corporate sends.
• Schedule and manage social content for advisor and corporate channels.
