Job summary

Cin7 is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own email creation in HubSpot, build targeted lists, and run A/B tests across campaigns. You will analyze metrics, maintain calendars, and ensure approvals and privacy compliance while collaborating with a small, time-zone-spread team.

You'll also craft simple Canva graphics and support the marketing operations function as part of a collaborative group with remote-friendly flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in email marketing or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience building emails in HubSpot.
• Experience building and segmenting lists in HubSpot.
• Experience running A/B tests and applying results to future emails.
• Ability to read email metrics and translate into recommendations.
• Basic knowledge of HubSpot workflows for automation.
• Canva or basic graphic design skills.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Strong writing and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Clear, friendly communication across time zones.
• Willingness to learn new tools, including AI-powered ones.
• Nice to have: HubSpot certifications, basic HTML/CSS, GDPR/CAN-SPAM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own email creation in HubSpot from start to finish.
• Build and segment lists for targeted sends.
• Run A/B tests and apply learnings to future campaigns.
• Analyze email metrics and recommend changes to content and timing.
• Maintain the email calendar and schedule across teams.
• Manage email sending approvals and feedback loop.
• Keep marketing inbox organized and responsive.
• Test emails for links, merge fields, and mobile/desktop views.
• Turn briefs into finished emails with copy, images, and CTAs.
• Create basic graphics in Canva and hand off larger designs to the designer.
• Keep email assets organized for reuse.
• Follow privacy rules including unsubscribe handling and consent.
