The ideal candidate has 4+ years in digital marketing, strong CMS/CRM/ESP experience, and knowledge of HTML/CSS. This hybrid role offers on-site two days and remote three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, including email campaigns.
• Experience with ESPs, CRM, and CMS platforms.
• Strong email metrics knowledge, segmentation, personalization, and analytics.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead email marketing initiatives to drive engagement and growth.
• Manage campaigns from strategy to deployment, testing, and optimization.
• Analyze performance and use data-driven insights to improve results.
• Coordinate with vendors and lead email platform troubleshooting.
