Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on with email platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for building email templates and landing pages.
• Experience managing automated workflows, segmentation, and subscriber engagement.
• Strong analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns and newsletters.
• Manage automated workflows, journeys, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
• Create and maintain landing pages to support campaigns and fundraising.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs.
