Job summary

Cella by Randstad Digital seeks an Email Marketing Specialist to oversee outbound email campaigns and leverage Informz and Cision for outreach and press releases. You will act as the technical lead for the ESP, collaborating with stakeholders to hit engagement benchmarks.

Required are a Bachelor’s in marketing or related field and 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, including HTML/CSS proficiency and nonprofit sector familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
• 4–5 years of digital marketing experience in a similar role.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge for email templates and coding.
• Experience managing ESPs (Informz) and using Cision for press outreach.
• Preference for nonprofit or higher-education sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee planning, creation, testing, and execution of email campaigns.
• Manage communication calendar to optimize cadence and reduce fatigue.
• Leverage data to segment and personalize campaigns for better open/click rates.
• Lead A/B testing and analyze performance to drive improvements.
