Job summary

Openkrill is seeking an Email Campaigns Specialist to build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for donor engagement and growth. You will handle campaign setup, content creation, segmentation, testing, and analytics to drive results.

The role requires 2–5 years in email marketing, experience with multiple ESPs, and a data-driven approach. Opportunity to work with AI-powered tools and scalable templates across campaigns for a growing nonprofit.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of email marketing or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Experience managing campaigns end-to-end including reporting.
• Familiarity with ESPs such as Iterable, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing and automation is a plus.
• Knowledge of email compliance best practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns from start to finish.
• Create and maintain email templates for recurring campaigns.
• Set up campaigns within ESPs and manage workflows.
• Perform QA checks and ensure accuracy across devices.
• Build audience segments and support personalization strategies.
• Execute A/B tests and analyze results for optimization.
• Monitor analytics and provide actionable insights for improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.
