You will diagnose homeowner needs, design window and door solutions, and guide decisions with confident questioning and clear explanations. Training and product knowledge come from us, while you bring ambition and resilience.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week.
• Hold yourself accountable to the number.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
