Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking a high-energy sales professional to guide homeowners through window and door replacement. This isn't a 9-to-5 role; evenings and weekends are part of the cadence, and you’ll schedule visits based on when homeowners are available.

You’ll diagnose needs, ask sharp questions, and lead conversations to earn the yes on the spot. Expect uncapped earnings, paid training, and a fast promotion path tied to results.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required. Drive is.
• A track record of outperforming; sales, hospitality, retail, athletics, the military, anywhere results were measured and you won.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• The ability to lift and carry ~ 40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love!
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week. Do it well and the downtime is yours; you earned it!
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
