Qualifications

• Proven track record of outperforming in fast-paced environments.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to lift and carry ~40 lbs; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better.
• Ask sharp questions and design door/window solutions they love.
• Own the conversation: listen, educate, persuade, and secure yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule: morning, evening, weekend slots; four elective slots weekly.
• Hold yourself accountable to the numbers; no chasing needed.
• Get better weekly: product knowledge and sales craft.
