You will meet homeowners in their homes, diagnose needs, design solutions, and guide them through one of the largest home investments. Expect a challenging schedule that includes evenings and weekends, with training and coaching provided.

Qualifications

• No formal industry experience required; drive is essential.
• Track record of outperforming in any field.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to lift and carry ~40 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask sharp questions and design door/window solutions they love.
• Own the conversation: inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule: two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week.
• Hold yourself accountable to the number.
• Get better every week: product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
