You’ll diagnose wants, design door and window solutions, guide customers through the decision process, and close deals while earning uncapped commissions. Training is paid; performance fuels rapid advancement and a high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Comfort with technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better than anyone else would.
• Ask sharp questions, then design door and window solutions they love.
• Own the conversation: inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule: two morning, two evening, two weekend slots weekly.
• Hold yourself accountable to the numbers; downtime is yours when you perform.
• Get better weekly: product knowledge, sales craft, and self-improvement.
