Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking sales professionals to work with homeowners, diagnosing needs and delivering custom window and door solutions. This fast-paced role requires evenings and weekends and a proactive, coachable mindset; you will sit at kitchen tables, build trust, and guide decisions with training and support from the company.

Qualifications

• Formal industry experience is not required; drive is essential.
• A track record of outperforming in sales or any results-driven field.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to lift and carry ~40 lbs and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Dig into what homeowners really want and diagnose it faster and better.
• Ask the sharp questions most people are too timid to ask, then design beautiful door and window solutions they love.
• Own the conversation. Inquire, listen, educate, persuade, and earn the yes on the spot.
• Run a real schedule; two morning, two evening, two weekend and four elective capacity slots a week. Do it well and the downtime is yours; you earned it!
• Hold yourself accountable to the number. Nobody has to chase you.
• Get better every week; product knowledge, sales craft, and yourself.
