Equinox is seeking a full-time Membership Sales Advisor for Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. You will build relationships with prospective and current members, promote club amenities, programs, and services, and ensure every guest experiences exceptional service and value.

You will work with a General Manager and regional team to meet or exceed sales goals, host events, manage renewals, and contribute to a premium member experience in a luxury health club.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Must have entrepreneurial spirit.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Personal passion for health and fitness.

Responsabilités

• Sell club memberships and ancillary packages.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals, renewals and ancillary service goals.
• Pre-plan activities each month including strategic outreach.
• Build rapport with prospective and current members.
• Have knowledge of and participate in all club services, programs, and products.
