Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas seeks a VIP Host to market our nightclub, restaurant, lounge and other services while building a personal clientele list. You will assist guests with special requests and maintain relationships in line with RWLV Service Standards.

The role involves coordinating guest lists, booking industry groups, and promoting events. You will engage guests professionally, support casino marketing initiatives, and participate in campaigns and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of VIP host or promoter experience in a related field.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; 21+.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest lists and manage VIP guest experiences.
• Book weekly industry groups and manage schedules.
• Interact with guests professionally and cultivate regulars.
• Drive business through casino marketing and event promotions.
• Promote events and manage social media engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
