Qualifications

• Ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Proven coaching experience in major sports.
• Substantial knowledge of lacrosse techniques and strategies and keep updating knowledge.
• Must demonstrate appropriate conduct and serve as a positive role model.

Responsibilities

• Has thorough knowledge of athletic policies and ensures staff compliance.
• Knows regulations; implements and interprets them for staff.
• Understands administrative command and attends required meetings.
