Qualifications

• Ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport (Major sports).
• Substantial knowledge of technical aspects of lacrosse and openness to new theories and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Has thorough knowledge of athletic policies and implements them across the staff.
• Knows existing systems, state and league regulations; interprets them for staff.
• Trains and informs staff; schedules conferences, clinics and staff meetings to ensure awareness.
