Job summary

RHM Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and scale the recruiting function in a fast-growing sales organization. The role will roll up their sleeves early, manage all open reqs for the region, and develop a regional recruiting strategy to support projected growth.

You will build a team, establish campus recruiting initiatives, coordinate onboarding with HR, and partner with leadership to align talent with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Experience building out TA function and hiring recruiters.
• Experience in high-volume sales industry, staffing or 3PL preferred.
