Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage services.
• Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets all Summit Suite guests upon arrival and explains facilities.
• Serves meals, beverages, and special requests to guests’ suites.
• Assists guests with packing and unpacking of wardrobes.
• Coordinates with VIP Services for guest needs and requirements.
