A leading cruise line is seeking a Suite Experience Concierge to manage the Concierge Lounge and ensure an elevated experience for Suite and VIP guests. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business and at least 2 years of relevant management experience. Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a leading hospitality setting with concierge experience.
• Cruise ship experience preferred.
• Knowledge in hotel/cruise ship concierge operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ownership and accountability for the Concierge Lounge.
• Proactively contact Suite and VIP guests.
• Prepare welcome letters and collateral for guests.
• Anticipate guest needs using tools like Guest View.
• Plan and supervise Suite Welcome parties and cocktail hours.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage for guest quality offerings.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness of the Concierge Lounge.
• Provide destination recommendations for guests.
• Resolve issues reported by guests promptly.
• Coordinate smooth disembarkation processes.
• Inform department heads about guest events and reservations.
• Utilize empowerment tools for service recovery.
