Job summary

Montage Big Sky seeks a polished Butler to deliver Forbes Five-Star service to VIP guests, coordinate personalized experiences, and act as the primary contact throughout the guest journey. You will anticipate needs, manage preferences, and collaborate with Culinary, Spa, Recreation, Concierge, Housekeeping and Front Office teams to create seamless, memorable stays.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of luxury hospitality experience.
Experience within Forbes Four-Star, Forbes Five-Star, Michelin-recognized, or equivalent luxury environment preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for assigned VIP, residential, and luxury guests.
Establish meaningful relationships with guests and proactively understand personal preferences and expectations.
Anticipate guest needs and arrange personalized experiences before, during, and after arrival.
Coordinate all guest requests with resort departments to ensure flawless execution.
Deliver personalized welcomes and escorts upon arrival when appropriate.
Maintain a visible presence throughout guest stays to ensure satisfaction and immediate resolution of concerns.
Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs.
