Alpha seeks a highly motivated Student Success Strategist to coach and motivate students at our highest-expectation campuses. You’ll combine elite experience with data-driven coaching, delivering life-skills workshops and building strong mentor relationships with students and families.

The role is student-facing, full-time, and requires on-site work at multiple campuses across the U.S., with relocation support where needed. Compensation reflects high accountability and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated exceptional achievement in a highly selective or globally recognized domain.
• 3+ years in student coaching, mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics and progress data.
• Deliver life-skills workshops and assess mastery through Alpha's systems.
• Set daily/morning cultural tone to uphold high-performance standards.
• Track progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families.
