Alpha seeks a Student Performance Strategist to coach students at its highest-expectation campuses. You will motivate and mentor high-achieving students, driving life-skill mastery and elite performance in a demanding environment.

In-person roles across Orange County, CA and other US campuses require a strong background in coaching, exceptional achievement, and the ability to sustain rigorous standards in a private school setting. This is a W2, year-long commitment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; exceptional achievement in a highly selective domain.
• 3+ years coaching/mentoring/leadership with measurable impact.
• Legal right to work in the United States; willing to work in-person at multiple US locations.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using data to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Lead structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery through the program.
• Set daily tone with focused morning kickoffs and maintain high-performance culture.
• Track progress in real time and adapt coaching strategies based on data.
