Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers and set goals.
• Lead structured life-skills workshops for mastery using credible storytelling.
• Set daily kickoffs to establish a high-performance campus culture.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching by data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families.
