Job summary

Alpha seeks a Student Performance Strategist to coach high-achieving students with elite experience. You will lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, run life-skills workshops, and set the daily tone to foster exceptional growth across campus.

Role focuses on motivation and mentorship rather than curriculum; relocation is supported for various US campuses where Alpha operates. A strong track record in mentoring and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Demonstrated exceptional achievement in a highly selective, globally recognized domain.
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles where you measurably raised others' performance.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses across listed locations; relocation support provided.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics and progress data to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and hold students accountable.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery using credible storytelling from your elite experience; assess mastery through Alpha's system.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations across the campus.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build mentor relationships with students and families through high standards, consistency, and motivation plans.
