Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Performance Coach to motivate and mentor K-12 students at its highest-expectation campuses. You’ll focus on coaching excellence, growth mindset, and life-skill mastery in a high-touch, in-person environment.

You’ll use Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and track progress while delivering structured life-skills workshops. Relocation support is available and benefits apply to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Exceptional achievement in a highly selective domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery at Alpha campuses.
• Lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers and set ambitious goals.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and build trust with students and families.
