Job summary

Alpha is seeking a dedicated Student Performance Strategist to motivate, coach, and hold students to elite standards. You will conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, deliver life-skills workshops, and set the daily cultural tone to foster high performance.

AI handles instruction; you focus on mentorship and growth, guiding students toward ambitious goals. Requires a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of coaching/mentoring experience, plus willingness to work on-site at multiple CA/CT/FL/MA/NY

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least one instance of exceptional achievement in a globally recognized domain (national/international medals, top-tier university, elite fellowship, etc).
• At least 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles with proven impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional student motivation, growth, and life-skill mastery on high-expectation campuses.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops and assess mastery using Alpha's system.
• Set a positive cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families with high standards and consistent motivation plans.
