As a Student Performance Strategist, you will conduct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching, lead life-skills workshops, and set the tone each morning to foster a culture of excellence across Alpha campuses. In-person work required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated exceptional achievement in a globally recognized domain.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in student coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership roles.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses listed (in CA/CT/FL/MA/NY/WA).
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions using analytics to diagnose blockers, set ambitious goals, and hold students accountable.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery, assessing mastery through Alpha's systems.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations across campuses.
• Track student progress in real time and adjust coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and consistent motivation plans.
