Job summary

Alpha seeks a dedicated Student Performance Strategist to coach and mentor students at Alpha campuses across the US. The role centers on motivation, personal growth, and mastery through data-driven coaching and structured life-skills workshops.

You will guide students to exceed expectations, leveraging elite personal experience and a rigorous coaching framework, while building trust with families and maintaining a medium-to-high intensity educational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement in a selective domain.
• At least 3 years coaching or mentoring experience.
• Willing to work in-person at Alpha campuses across specified US locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics to diagnose blockers and set goals.
• Deliver life-skills workshops and assess mastery via Alpha's Test2Pass system.
• Set daily cultural tone with focused kickoffs to uphold high-performance standards.
• Track progress in real time and adapt coaching strategies based on data.
• Build mentor relationships with students and families through high standards and motivation plans.
