Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching, youth mentoring, athletic coaching, or leadership experience.
• Authorization to work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using analytics to identify barriers and set ambitious targets.
• Facilitate structured life-skills workshops drawn from your elite background and assess mastery via performance systems.
• Establish daily culture with focused morning sessions to reinforce high-performance standards campus-wide.
• Monitor progress and adapt coaching approaches based on data rather than intuition.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through consistent motivation strategies.
