Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics.
• Facilitate structured life-skills workshops focusing on skill mastery.
• Establish campus-wide cultural expectations through morning kickoff sessions.
• Monitor student development and refine coaching approaches based on evidence.
