Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years coaching or leadership experience.
• Willing to work in-person at an Alpha campus in multiple US locations.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Run 1-on-1 and small-group coaching using Coachbot analytics and progress data.
• Deliver structured life-skills workshops built for mastery and assess mastery.
• Set the cultural tone each morning to reinforce high-performance expectations.
• Track student progress in real time and adapt coaching strategies based on data.
• Build trusted mentor relationships with students and families through high standards.
