Job summary

Dick Smith Ford is hiring a Ford-experienced Service Advisor to join our elite team in Missouri. This fast-paced service drive requires excellent customer service, automotive knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with mechanics to provide options and repairs.

Qualifications

2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
Ford knowledge preferred.
Valid drivers license in good standing.
Strong customer service orientation and integrity.

Responsibilities

Greets and consults with customers to interpret their needs and arrange for appropriate service.
Serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters.
Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work.
Sells additional needed services.
Sets and manages expectations for service delivery for customers and mechanics.
Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times.
Verifies that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order.
