Beach Mazda in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Ford Service Advisor to join our busy dealership. You will greet customers, document repair needs, prepare estimates, and communicate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service, while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred.
• Ford dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and dealership management systems experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
