Job summary

RapidScale is building a Risk & Resilience advisory practice to help enterprise clients navigate governance, cybersecurity, cloud transformation, AI, and compliance challenges. The Strategy & Engagement Manager will define complex problems, structure advisory solutions, lead client workstreams, and translate risk into actionable strategies and execution plans.

The role collaborates with security, cloud, AI, compliance, and delivery experts while helping build methods, tools, and assets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 6 years of experience.
Experience in consulting, advisory services, risk, resilience, or cybersecurity.
Ability to structure complex problems into actionable recommendations.
Experience leading client-facing workstreams with multiple stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
Experience developing client-ready proposals, scopes of work, and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

Define and structure complex challenges related to enterprise risk, resilience, cybersecurity, and cloud.
Lead advisory workstreams from discovery to executive readout.
Prepare workshops with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and risk leaders.
Translate risks into priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
Create executive presentations, assessments, and client deliverables.
Build trusted client relationships across enterprise environments.
