Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician focused on HVAC and refrigeration to support multiple locations. You will repair and maintain walk‑in coolers/freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and modular equipment while staying aligned with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of refrigeration experience, own tools, and a valid driver’s license. On‑call weekends, occasional travel to partner stores, and a company van are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems across locations.
• Service walk‑in coolers/freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and modular equipment.
• Maintain and repair hot side kitchen equipment as needed.
• Ensure store environments meet safety and operational standards.
• Utilize company tablet to document requests and completions.
