Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is hiring a Restaurant Maintenance Technician focused on HVAC & Refrigeration. You will manage refrigeration, walk-ins, ice and shake machines, and related equipment across multiple locations while cross-training on hot-side kitchen gear.

The role offers sign-on bonuses, competitive benefits, and the chance to work with an elite maintenance team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work weekdays and weekends with on-call obligations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration work experience.
• Must own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.
• Available to work weekdays and every other weekend; on-call as needed.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations in 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC units and walk-in coolers/freezers and related equipment.
• Maintain ice machines, shake machines, modular equipment, and accessaries.
• Support multiple locations and coordinate with store leadership.
• Record and track service requests using company tablet and documentation system.
