Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service HVAC & refrigeration systems across multiple locations in the Charlotte area. You will manage walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and related equipment while being cross-trained on hot-side kitchen gear.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of refrigeration experience, own tools, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.
• Able to work weekdays and every other weekend; on-call duty.
• Valid driver's license with clean record (3+ years).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC & refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and beverage equipment.
• Repair and service hot-side kitchen equipment as needed.
• Inspect facilities and perform repairs to keep stores in top condition.
• Document maintenance requests and completions using company tablet.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers, office staff, and store leadership.
